We want to ensure that you get the most from our work together. We are confident what we have to offer is more than worth the price you pay. If, however, you find you are dissatisfied with the service Doug Hark has provided you, we offer the following:

1. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our program or services we will refund you 100% of the fee you paid for that particular program.
2. All requests must be made before the end of our session or workshop.
3. We request that you provide honest feedback as to why you were dissatisfied so we may improve our program for the future.

Exclusions from the Services page:

If a recording of your session is offered, it is a bonus to the package and is not included as part of the purchase price. Although every precaution will be taken to ensure a copy of our call is properly recorded and delivered to you, due to the nature of computers and recording devices, Doug Hark will not be held responsible for defective or undeliverable recordings. In the event a recording cannot be delivered, no refund of the purchase price will be given.
