Fear keeps us from our dreams. We come into this world full of love and quickly we are trained to fear. I believe everyone has the power and strength to live an amazing life full of abundance, love and excitement. When we listen to our heart, remove our fear and move towards what we truly want in life and do it with integrity, this is when the magic of life happens.

I have seen it, I have experienced it and this is what I want to share with you.

My name is Doug Hark a/k/a "Coach."
I love life and what I do. People tell me I am passionate, fun and I have a good heart. My goal is to share the tools that have helped me achieve the fun and wonderful life I am living. I have traveled the world and experienced some amazing things and I was able to do this because I modeled those I saw as successful.

Before bringing The Hark Companies to the public, I spent over 24 years as owner and operator of my own successful bath refinishing company and before that I owned and operated some that were not so successful. It was during my time with those unsuccessful businesses that I gained a lot of my knowledge about business.

My personal philosophy is to live, love and have fun! I create my life with a foundation that comes from living in integrity, being responsible for my actions, asking instead of assuming and doing the best I can.

I live with my best friend, who also happens to be my wife, and our bunnies. I spend my time, traveling, creating art, playing, sharing with others and learning all I can about life and myself.

When We Were Created

Synergetic Soul Mate was created in the beginning of 2008. After having success working with others and in our own relationship, then seeing what was available for couples in conflict, we decided to create what we would have liked to have found when our own relationship was in conflict.

During our studies in the areas of relationships and human behavior, we found the meaning of “synergy” and the study of “synergetics” and it became clear to us that creating a synergetic soul mate relationship was what we wanted in our lives and what we decided to share with you.

Where We Are Located

Our physical office, workshops and one-on-one services are located in Sacramento, California.

Much of our work is done over the phone. When situations call for a more personal touch, we have chosen various locations to conduct our sessions. We may work in our office, in the middle of a meadow, at a local park, at a restaurant; it depends on each individual situation. You never know what will happen in a relationship or with Synergetic Soul Mate. We like to keep you on your toes.
